"I'd been waiting to pull out my spankin'; new bread knife by New West KnifeWorks to specifically cut into this thick loaf. The sharpness of the cuchillo is to be reckoned with. Sheesh. I've worked with a number of phenomenal knives, but this Japanese style beast couldn't have yielded cleaner cut sections of the bread. Needless to say, the knife if perfect for carving, too."
