Shipping within the U.S. 50 States


Orders

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We use UPS for all shipping within the U.S. unless otherwise inidcated. See the table below for approximate delivery timelines.


Repairs & Sharpening

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to the New West KnifeWorks Factory in Victor, Idaho.
New West KnifeWorks covers the cost of return shipping via UPS ground.


Returns - within 30 day guarantee period.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to the New West KnifeWorks Factory in Victor, Idaho.
New West KnifeWorks will refund the cost of the original purchase, including shipping fees and taxes.


Exchanges - within 30 day guarantee period.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to the New West KnifeWorks Factory in Victor, Idaho.
New West KnifeWorks will refund the cost of the returned items and associated taxes from the original purchase. New West KnifeWorks covers shipping fess for the new items selected.


Returns - after 30 day window.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to the New West KnifeWorks Factory in Victor, Idaho.
Customers recieve a store credit for the cost of the products returned and associated taxes. Shipping fees will not be refunded.


Exchanges - after 30 day window.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees to the New West KnifeWorks Factory in Victor, Idaho and for shipping fees of the new items selected.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Customers are responsible for all fees required to release a U.S. shipment from their local trade authority.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As a small business with high materials costs, New West KnifeWorks almost always charges customers to ship items. Because we are an enterprise customer of UPS, we pass on our shipping rates savings to our customers.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries where our goods can legally be shipped. Please check the regulations for your country or territory by clicking here. Enter "United States" for “Origin Country”, select your "Destination Country", and check the box for " Prohibited or Restricted Commodities". Click “Show Regulations” for a list of prohibited goods. If the type of knife you’d like to purchase is listed, we will not be able to ship the product to you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us at orders@newwestknifeworks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

New West KnifeWorks Ships exclusively with UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide your physical address when entering your shipping details.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@newwestknifeworks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
