New West KnifeWorks Resumes Production with Strict Safety Procedures

Our New West KnifeWorks team is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, this meant pivoting our factory team to making hand sanitizer for our community. This production has played a key role in us being able to return to work safely making top-quality chef knives.

With much of our country staying at home, the home kitchen has been reinvigorated as a source of joy to many. When cooking at home, a high quality set of sharp knives is critical.

Our production team has enacted strict safety protocols to return to work, and continue to make superior kitchen tools right here in America.
