The Elk Antler Chopper combines a sustainably harvested antler handle with our most popular blade featuring an etch of the Tetons that tower above our workshop near Jackson Hole. A Western variation of one of our all time favorites, the Chopper’s manageable size, comfortable handle, and curved belly are ideal for making things like mirepoix. Though it gives vegetables nightmares, the particle metallurgy steel makes the Chopper cut like a dream on the cutting board. The unique blade shape is a welcome addition to any collection making it a beautiful gift and daily reminder of affection.

Use & Care

Hand wash with warm soapy water and hand dry for maximum edge retention and stain resistance. For safety and edge protection, store dry knives in their leather sheath, in a wood block, or on a magnet designed to hold knives. For a full tune-up: free lifetime sharpening.
Do not put in the dishwasher - this will dull the knife.
For edge retention, cut only on wood or softer plastic cutting boards.
As needed, apply a light coat of mineral oil to the handle with a soft cloth to enhance vibrance.
